Legal AI is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to assist customers in using our AI-powered legal platform. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product guidance, resolve basic technical issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and an interest in technology and AI-based legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with registration, login, account management, and subscription-related queries.
- Guide users on how to use the Legal AI platform and its features.
- Provide basic assistance with AI-powered legal tools, document generation, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Respond to customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support requests.
- Escalate complex legal or technical questions to the appropriate team.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company data privacy policies.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; customer support experience is an advantage.




- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, chat, and online platforms.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain software features in simple language.
- Willingness to learn about artificial intelligence and legal technology.
- Ability to handle customer information responsibly and confidentially.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, or technical support.
- Familiarity with AI tools, SaaS platforms, or online legal services.
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer support ticketing systems.
- Interest in legal technology and AI-based products.
