Handle customer queries and complaints via inbound/outbound calls, webchat, email and messaging. Resolve service issues, maintain accurate records, support back-office tasks, and meet customer satisfaction, quality and productivity targets.
Required Candidate profile
1–5 years of customer service/BPO experience preferred. Excellent English communication, complaint handling, voice and chat support, multitasking, and basic computer skills rotational/night shifts.
