Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller with a strong BPO background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling outbound calls, interacting with potential customers, following up on leads, and maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Generate potential business opportunities through effective calling.
- Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-ups.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a BPO or telecalling environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to handle customer objections and communicate effectively.
- Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Target-oriented attitude with a professional and positive approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in an international or domestic BPO will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Must be comfortable working from the office and handling outbound calls.
