- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Contact potential and existing customers to explain hospital services and treatments.

- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, consultations, treatments, and enquiries.

- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Respond to customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about available services.

- Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments regarding customer enquiries and follow-ups.

- Collect customer feedback and maintain proper follow-up records.

- Contact previous customers for feedback, service updates, and future appointments.

- Support customer engagement activities and help improve customer retention.

- Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports, and customer databases.

- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate complaints to the concerned department when necessary.

- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
