Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur. This role involves overseeing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer data, monitoring service performance, segmenting markets, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

The manager will coordinate with sales, production, and quality teams to address customer requirements, resolve issues, and improve service processes. The role also includes planning and executing CRM initiatives, maintaining accurate customer records, preparing reports for management,



and supporting strategic decisions to strengthen long-term customer relationships.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with customers, collaborate with internal teams, and present insights clearly.
