Role Description This full-time Customer Executive role is based on-site in Bhubaneswar.

The Customer

Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience across assigned channels and outlets.

Responsibilities include tracking and reporting customer feedback, monitoring service performance, and coordinating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.



The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, supporting sales and distribution teams with customer-related information, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand customer needs and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles within FMCG, retail, or beverages is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
