Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and resolve queries.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Assist customers and maintain service quality.
- Support sales activities and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- English is mandatory, along with any one regional language: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Marathi.
