We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through qualified and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, emails, chat, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Follow company guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when required.
- Achieve assigned targets related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and service levels.




- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Good customer-handling and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, if required.
- Experienced candidates may apply.
