AMARYLLIS APPLIANCES (INDIA) PVT. LTD. is engaged in providing quality appliance and ventilation solutions. We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, services, orders, and delivery status.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, warehouse, and technical teams to address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Provide product information and assist customers with basic troubleshooting.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.




- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or reporting manager.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in customer support, customer service, or telecalling will be preferred.

Salary As per company norms, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
