Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with solid expertise in ServiceNow and Workday to lead enterprise transformation and implementation programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.




- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow and Workday implementation, integration, and migration projects.
- Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and successful project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver business outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing and customizing applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.
- Ability to design scalable workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementation and integration projects.
- Experience with Workday implementations/integrations (HR, Finance, or related modules).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and enterprise application delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in HRSD, ITSM, integrations, or digital transformation programs is preferred.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
