Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives and priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.




- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within enterprise environments.
- Experience: 6 to 9 years.
- Design and implementation of scalable HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
- Platform Team Collaboration: Collaborated with the platform team on upgrade-related activities managed by the HRSD team. Ensured alignment on platform-related changes impacting HRSD modules.
- Platform Enhancements: Implemented enhancements across modules such as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, and ACLs, contributing to improved employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Integrations: Designed and supported integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.
- Governance & Best Practices: Established architectural standards and worked with the platform architecture team to review and approve solution designs, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance.
- Technical Guidance & Issue Resolution: Acted as the go-to person for team members facing technical blockers that couldn t be resolved through internal checks, providing direction and support to ensure timely resolution. Handling technical review for the complex story implementation done from the team (eg: ACL, integrations ).
- Support Activities: Deployment activities across INT and PROD environments. Incident handling and resolution. ServiceNow support for managing out-of-the-box (OOB) issues.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
