We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join the HHFL Home Finance Process. The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective home loan customers, handling inbound customer interactions and providing accurate information regarding loan servicing, repayment schedules, interest rates, documentation, and loan closure procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to home loan products and services.
- Assist customers with loan servicing queries, EMI schedules, loan statements, and repayment details.
- Provide information regarding interest rate revisions, foreclosure/pre-closure processes, and document retrieval.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and follow-up.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and company policies.
- Generate and maintain reports using MS Excel when required.
Required Skills
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Solid listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and empathetically.
Technical Skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Prior exposure to CRM tools/platforms preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).
Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inbound Voice Process / Customer Support.
- Fresher with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- NBFC / Banking / FinTech / Financial Services

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
