Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and Client-focused Client Coordinator (Post Sales) to manage Client relations and provide end-to-end support to homebuyers after booking. The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle Clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle post-sales client queries, ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, and develop, implement, and streamline CRM processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with internal departments.

- Communicate with Clients regarding payment schedules, construction updates, possession timelines, documentation, possession and registration processes.

- Assist Clients with agreements, demand letters, statements of accounts and other related documentation.

- Follow up on pending payments and Client requests.

- Maintain Client records, MIS reports and database accurately.

- Support Client meetings, site visits and possession-related activities.





- Ensure high levels of Client satisfaction through professional communication and coordination.

- Efficiency in Pinga (Software).

Required Skills

- Good written and spoken English communication skills is must.

- Ability to work independently in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Good interpersonal and Client handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Candidates with 5 years experience in Real Estate CRM / Post Sales / Client Support will be preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of real estate processes will be an added advantage.
