Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Software Expert to manage and optimize our CRM system. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of CRM software, including configuration, workflow management, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain CRM software for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Configure CRM workflows, fields, stages, user access, and activities.
- Manage lead tracking, sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and automated reminders.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Generate dashboards, MIS reports, and sales performance reports.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.




- Train and support employees in the effective use of CRM software.
- Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to meet CRM-related business requirements.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CRM software management or administration.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software, configuration, workflows, and reporting.
- Understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage CRM processes independently.
- Knowledge of Odoo software is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
