Position Title: CRM Executive (Zoho CRM) About Us Jindal Medical Store (JMS), established in 1968, is a well-known pharmaceutical company based in Delhi. We are hiring a CRM Executive to maintain customer records, update leads, track follow-ups, and support CRM activities. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized candidate with good communication and data management skills. Knowledge of Zoho CRM will be an advantage but is not compulsory. Freshers willing to learn CRM operations are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities • CRM Management: Maintain and update leads, contacts, accounts, tasks, and customer records in Zoho CRM.

- Lead Management: Track and update lead statuses, including pending, connected, qualified, and not qualified.
- Follow-Up Tracking: Monitor reminders, pending follow-ups, and task completion.
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Record customer details, call remarks, and follow-up dates accurately.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with sales and internal teams for updates and pending work.
- CRM Reporting:



Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and tasks.
- Data Maintenance: Help identify duplicate records and keep CRM data organized.
- Management Support: Share CRM updates and reports with management.
