We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM records, support sales activities, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and communications.
- Maintain accurate customer information and CRM records.
- Follow up with customers and support customer retention.
- Coordinate with the Sales Head regarding customer requirements.
- Update customer-related information regularly in the CRM.
- Track customer follow-ups and pending enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain customer-related reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer service.
- Support the sales team in improving customer conversion and retention.

Compensation & Advantages
- Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Incentive: Applicable after 3 months
