*Designation-Executive/Team Lead in CRM for Client Servicing

Job Location: Gurgaon,Udhyog Vihar,Phase 5

Immediate Joiner required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling queries from Employees from big client & and resolve the concern with coordination through emails and calls.

2.. Oversee timely submission of data.

3..Coordination in department functions like the Customer Care, Claims, Preauth and related functions & head office for any query or followups.

4.Coordination with Broker and corporate employees if required.

Experience required:

- Experience: 2-4years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship

Qualification: Graduation & Health insurance or TPA industry is mandatory Good com skills & writing emails.

MS office knowledge is mandatory
