Role Description This is a full time, on-site Crew Member role based in Hyderabad. Crew Members are responsible for preparing and assembling shakes and beverages according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistent taste and presentation. The role includes taking customer orders, handling payments, and providing courteous, efficient service both in person and via delivery platforms.

Crew Members help maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, restock ingredients and supplies, and follow food safety and kitchen protocols. The position also involves working collaboratively with the team,



supporting peak-hour operations, and following management instructions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to prepare food and beverages accurately, follow recipes, and maintain quality and portion standards.
- Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, polite interaction, and a positive, professional attitude.
- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene, with willingness to follow food safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
- Basic cash handling skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems and delivery apps.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, handle a fast-paced environment, and support flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn and follow operational guidelines.
- Prior experience in food service, cafés, or quick-service restaurants is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; basic English or local language communication skills are helpful.
