Role Description The Credit and Loan Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and monitoring the college’s credit and loan-related activities. Daily tasks include assessing student and partner credit applications, tracking outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining accurate financial records.

The role involves coordinating with students, parents, and financial institutions, resolving payment issues, and providing clear information on loan and fee structures. The executive will prepare regular reports on credit status and risk, support finance and administration teams in budgeting and cash-flow planning,



and uphold institutional policies and regulatory requirements. This position requires consistent on-campus presence, close collaboration with internal stakeholders, and a focus on efficient, professional customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong credit-related skills, including Credit Control and Credit Management, with the ability to monitor and manage receivables effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support budgeting and planning.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with students, families, and partners, and to handle queries and payment concerns professionally.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in educational institutions, banking, NBFCs, or similar finance operations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and financial software, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
