Creative Producer — Scriptwriting & AI Video

About the role

Babaclick is building an AI content team to create entertaining short-form videos around products and original ideas.

We’re looking for someone who can come up with a strong concept, write a compelling script, and turn it into a finished AI-generated video. You should understand what makes a particular audience laugh, feel curious, relate to a character, or keep watching—and know how to translate that understanding into engaging content.

This is a hands-on creative role combining scriptwriting, direction, AI video production, and editing.

What you’ll do

- Develop original video concepts tailored to specific audiences, products, and social platforms.
- Write scripts with solid openings, natural dialogue, clear story progression, and satisfying payoffs.
- Create humour through relatable situations, character, surprise, and timing where appropriate.
- Turn scripts into storyboards and shot plans, making deliberate choices about framing, action, expressions, pacing, and sound.
- Use AI generation tools to create and refine the visuals, voices, and scenes needed to bring your ideas to life.
- Edit footage, dialogue, music, sound effects, and captions into polished videos.
- Study successful content to understand why it works and develop original ideas informed by those observations.
- Test different hooks, scripts, and edits, using audience feedback and performance results to improve the next video.
- Build repeatable formats that can work across different products without making every video feel the same.

What we’re looking for

- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills,



demonstrated through finished work.
- An understanding of short-form entertainment: what earns attention, sustains interest, and delivers a payoff.
- The ability to write for a defined audience and adapt your tone, references, and humour accordingly.
- Practical experience producing AI-generated videos and editing them into coherent finished pieces.
- An eye for visual storytelling and an ear for believable dialogue and comedic timing.
- The patience and judgment to revise scripts, regenerate scenes, and refine edits until the idea works.
- Ownership of the complete process, from initial concept to final delivery.

Experience in comedy writing, screenwriting, advertising, filmmaking, or social content creation is welcome. Your portfolio and creative decisions matter more than a particular degree or previous job title.

How to apply

Share 2–3 scripts you’ve written, along with the finished videos you created from them. Ideally, these should be built around a product, but you’re welcome to share your strongest creative work if it better demonstrates your storytelling, humour, or originality.

We want to see how you take an idea from the page to a finished video.

For each example, briefly explain:

- Who the intended audience was and what you wanted them to feel or do.
- Which parts you personally handled: concept, scriptwriting, AI generation, direction, and editing.
- Which tools you used to bring the script to life.

Please include the scripts in your application or as accessible document links, alongside the corresponding video links. YouTube links, ideally set to Unlisted, are preferred for videos.
