About the Role

AI can generate a video in minutes. But does it feel right for the brand? Does the messaging land? Would someone actually stop scrolling to watch it? That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist on a freelance basis to help us create and review AI-generated UGC videos for e-commerce brands. Your primary job will be to review videos, spot what's working and what isn't, and make sure the final output aligns with the brand's tone, messaging and creative requirements.

You'll also get your hands dirty creating some videos using BiteSpeed, researching brands and understanding what makes their content tick. This role is for someone who combines a strong creative eye with an understanding of what makes content engaging.

What you'll do

- Use BiteSpeed to create AI-generated UGC videos for e-commerce brands.
- Turn brand briefs, product details and creative ideas into engaging videos.
- Experiment with AI-generated creators, visuals, voiceovers, scripts and different video styles.
- Try different prompts,



formats and approaches to see what makes a video better.
- Review and refine videos to make sure they look natural, engaging and fit the brand.
- Work with our team to understand what brands need and create videos that meet those expectations.
- Explore new AI video tools and techniques that can help us create better videos, faster.

What makes you a positive fit

- You have a good creative eye and can tell the difference between content that's just okay and content that actually works.
- You understand short-form video content, especially UGC-style ads, Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
- You can judge whether a video feels authentic, engaging and right for a particular brand.
- You're detail-oriented and can catch small things that make a big difference to the final output.
- You can give specific, constructive feedback instead of just saying a video "doesn't feel right."
- You're comfortable researching brands and understanding their tone, audience and creative style.
- You're curious about AI-generated content and excited to explore how it can be used in marketing.
- You've worked on content creation, social media, video editing, creative strategy or advertising. Experience with AI video tools is a plus.
- You're proactive, can work independently and are comfortable working on a freelance basis.

You don't need to be an expert at everything. If you understand content, have a sharp eye for detail and can explain what makes a video work or not work, we'd love to hear from you.
