About the Role
We’re looking for one person who lives in both worlds — the edit suite and the set. Someone who can frame a shot with intention and then cut it with the same instinct. You understand light, movement, pacing, and narrative. You don’t just execute briefs, you elevate them.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit video content across brand films, social reels, and ad campaigns
- Own the visual language of a project, from shot selection on set to the final cut
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and color grading into your edits
- Work closely with the creative team on pre-production references, treatment, and execution
- Manage and organize video assets, projects, and archives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Hands-on experience with camera operation and cinematography
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, pacing, and sound
- A showreel or portfolio that demonstrates both your shooting and editing work
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience (freshers welcome)
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation would be a Plus
- Familiarity with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of camera formats, codecs, and compression standards
- Has directed or shot something of their own, short film, reel, anything counts
