About the Role

Axess Technology is hiring experienced Corporate Relations Executives – IT Placements who have proven experience in bringing IT companies and genuine job openings for candidate placements.

This is primarily a company-facing role. We are looking for professionals who can independently identify hiring companies, connect with HR/TA/Hiring Managers, generate requirements, submit suitable profiles, and continuously follow up until interview, offer and joining.

We handle placements for both freshers and experienced IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new IT/software companies and hiring partners.

Generate genuine job openings for freshers and experienced candidates.

Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Managers and Hiring Managers.

Understand JDs, technical requirements, experience, CTC, location and hiring criteria.

Coordinate suitable candidate profiles against each requirement.

Follow up throughout the complete placement cycle: Requirement → Profile Submission → Shortlisting → Interview → Feedback → Offer → Joining.

Maintain relationships with existing companies and generate repeat requirements.

Track active openings, interviews, feedback, offers and closures.

Achieve targets for new company connections,



openings, interviews and successful placements.

Technology Hiring Exposure

Candidates should preferably have experience sourcing opportunities across technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Python, Full Stack, React, Automation Testing/QA, DevOps/Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML/Data Science and other software roles.

Mandatory Requirement

Prior experience in bringing companies/job openings for IT placements is essential.

We are specifically looking for people who have personally worked on company acquisition, corporate tie-ups or employer relations and have followed requirements through to successful placements.

Experience limited only to candidate coordination, admissions, counselling or training coordination will not be sufficient for this position.

Existing relationships with IT companies, HR professionals, staffing firms and recruitment partners will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Background

Experience with IT training/placement companies, EdTech companies, recruitment/staffing firms, software consulting companies or corporate-relations teams is preferred.
