Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM
The Rolls Point is looking for a skilled and hardworking Fast Food Cook / Roll Maker to prepare delicious, fresh and hygienic rolls and manage daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Veg Rolls, Egg Rolls, Chicken Rolls, Paneer Rolls and special rolls.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and portion sizes.
- Handle tawa cooking, food preparation and ingredient management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food counter.
- Manage raw materials and minimize food wastage.
- Handle customer orders and ensure quick service.
- Maintain daily stock and sales records.
- Follow the owner's recipes, instructions and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper closing and cleaning of the counter after duty.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-food shop, roll counter or restaurant preferred.
- Knowledge of egg and chicken roll preparation is an advantage.
- Good cooking skills and the ability to work independently.
- Honest, punctual, responsible and customer-friendly.
- Willingness to work evening shifts.
