Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Culinary Preparation:

- Prepare fresh, authentic Indian vegetarian meals using seasonal ingredients.

- Work daily with farm-fresh vegetables, grains, lentils, beans, herbs, and other local produce.

- Follow traditional slow-cooking practices to ensure maximum flavor and nutrition.





Guest-Centric Cooking:

- Prepare food that is deeply authentic yet approachable for an international guest palate.

- Contribute to the warm, home-style dining experience that Savista is known for.

Kitchen Operations:

- Maintain strict consistency, cleanliness, and care in the kitchen at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience & Knowledge:

- Good knowledge of Indian vegetarian cooking and cooking techniques.

- Experience preparing North Indian cuisine (familiarity with South Indian flavours is a strong advantage).

- A deep understanding of spices and flavour balance.

- Skills & Attributes:

- The ability and passion to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

- A clean, organized, and highly responsible approach to kitchen work.

- A willingness to understand and thoughtfully cater to guests from different cultural backgrounds.
