Job Title: Continental Chef

Department: Kitchen

Responsibilities

- Prepare continental food items such as pasta, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, fries, salads, and grilled dishes.
- Prepare food according to the cafe menu and customer orders.
- Maintain food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.
- Check ingredient stock and inform management about shortages.
- Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
- Maintain proper food storage and follow FIFO methods.
- Coordinate with cafe staff for timely order preparation.
- Clean kitchen equipment and maintain safety standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel kitchen preferred.
- Basic knowledge of continental cooking.
- Positive food preparation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage orders during busy hours.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Working Hours: As per cafe shift schedule. Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
