Role Description The Content Writer Intern will support Filo’s content initiatives by drafting, editing, and publishing engaging learning-related content across digital platforms. On a typical day, the intern will research topics related to online education and student learning, write clear and concise web and app content, and assist in shaping content that reflects Filo’s brand voice. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and academic teams to create student-centric articles, FAQs, tutor profiles,



and learning resources.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, requiring consistent presence and close coordination with the local team.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Writing and Web Content Writing, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and user-focused content.
- Ability to develop and support Content Strategy through structured, audience-specific content planning.
- Effective Research skills to gather information from reliable sources and translate complex ideas into simple language.
- Attention to detail in Proofreading, with capability to identify and correct grammar, spelling, and formatting issues.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Good command of written English, including grammar, tone, and style suited to a student audience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and learning-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team.
