About the Role
We are looking for a research-driven Content Writing Intern to create accurate, SEO-friendly content for the Filo website, covering college news, higher education updates, exam notifications and admission announcements.
Responsibilities
- Research, write, edit and publish college news articles and student-focused content
- Track and report exam notifications, results, admit cards, date sheets, cutoffs and admission updates
- Draft blog posts and website copy in a consistent tone and editorial standard
- Optimise content with relevant keywords, headings, meta titles and meta descriptions
- Proofread and fact-check content for accuracy, originality and clarity
- Update existing articles regularly to keep them relevant
- Work with the SEO, product and marketing teams to grow organic traffic
- Meet publishing deadlines
Requirements
- Strong written English, with excellent research, proofreading and editing skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
- Ability to write clear, well-structured content for online audiences
- Attention to detail and the ability to verify information from reliable sources
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Good to Have
- Familiarity with college admissions, competitive exams and higher education updates
- Prior experience in content writing, blogging, journalism or digital publishing
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
