Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist with 2–3 years of experience to develop, plan, and execute content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, research, SEO, and analytical skills, along with the ability to create engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand objectives, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Plan and manage content calendars for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Create, review, and optimize content such as blogs, articles, website copy, landing pages, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, social media managers, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, messaging guidelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on engagement, traffic, conversions, and other KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, content marketing best practices, and emerging digital platforms.
- Use AI-powered content tools where appropriate to improve research, ideation, and content production efficiency while maintaining quality and originality.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- 2–3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, keyword research, and search intent.
- Experience in developing content calendars and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Ability to conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and content performance reporting.
- Strong research, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with social media content, website content, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with content management tools, project management platforms, and AI-assisted writing tools.
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) writing.
