Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and content-driven Content & Social Media Executive to manage Cocpit’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. The role involves developing engaging content, planning content calendars, identifying trends, managing daily publishing, and building an active online community to strengthen brand awareness and drive user registrations.

Someone who can think creatively, bring fresh ideas to the table, and create content that resonates with startup founders, investors, entrepreneurs, and ambitious builders without making Cocpit feel like another boring corporate account.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop and script engaging, creative, and relevant content for Cocpit’s social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Content Calendar: Prepare and maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar aligned with Cocpit’s marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Copywriting: Write captions, social media posts, hooks, headlines, scripts, and promotional copy in Cocpit’s brand voice.
- Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, publishing, and consistency across all social media platforms.
- Trend Research: Identify trending topics, memes, conversations, formats, and cultural moments relevant to startup founders, entrepreneurs, investors, and builders.
- Creative Ideation: Develop fresh content ideas that make Cocpit stand out from traditional,



overly formal professional networking platforms.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, engage with relevant accounts, participate in industry conversations, and build relationships with the target audience.
- Campaign Execution: Create and publish content for product launches, feature announcements, marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Founder & Startup Content: Develop content around entrepreneurship, startups, technology, innovation, funding, and the challenges faced by founders.
- Content Research: Research industry news, startup developments, funding announcements, and relevant business updates to create timely content.
- Content Distribution: Identify relevant communities, accounts, and conversations where Cocpit’s content can reach its target audience organically.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth & Marketing Manager and Graphics & Video Editor to turn content ideas into published creatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, impressions, shares, saves, engagement, profile visits, link clicks, and registrations generated through content.
- Content Optimization: Use performance insights to improve hooks, messaging, formats, posting schedules, and audience relevance.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain Cocpit’s tone of voice and ensure all published content aligns with its brand identity and positioning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Consistent and timely execution of the weekly and monthly content calendar.
- Growth in social media reach, impressions, engagement, shares, and saves.
- Growth in relevant followers, profile visits, and audience engagement.
- Content-driven website traffic and user registrations.
- Quality, creativity, relevance, and performance of content ideas and campaigns.
- Active community engagement and meaningful interactions with Cocpit’s target audience.
- Continuous improvement in content performance based on analytics and audience insights.
