Location: Bengaluru - In-Office 5 Days | 4-6 Years | IC Role | Founding Team

This is not a content calendar role. This is a zero-to-one organic growth engine role.

We are a seed-funded WealthTech startup building from scratch in Bengaluru, and we're looking for a Content Manager to own our go-to-market and become the voice that drives our first 100K users.

You will work directly with founders.

About The Role:

- Individual Contributor - you build and execute hands-on, no team to start
- End-to-end ownership of content-to-acquisition
- 5 days work from office, Bengaluru
- Early-stage, rapid-paced, shifting priorities - startup DNA is a must
- Meaningful equity + ownership of a core module

What You'll Own:

1. Drive initial go-to-market strategy with founders
2. Build strategy for user acquisition - from zero to one
3. Identify and leverage social platforms, tools & tactics that actually work in 2026
4. Manage presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Newsletters
5. Execute positioning & storytelling that drives app sign-ups and trust
6. Target and acquire early users - read user behaviour, shape narrative, convert audience into customers
7. Analyze numbers, analytics & iterate - you build strategy AND execute it

Ideal Candidate - Mandatory:

1. Strong Growth / Content Profile with proven zero-to-one organic growth engine building
2. Experience 1:



4+ years building organic growth / content engines from scratch at a consumer-facing B2C company. Strong ownership, structured thinking, excellent storytelling.
3. Experience 2: Must have owned full content-to-acquisition journey - reading user behaviour, shaping narrative, building distribution systems that drive trust and convert to B2C sign-ups.
4. Experience 3: Hands-on GTM experience - positioning, storytelling, identifying & targeting right users across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters & other channels.
5. Company: Must have worked in B2C product companies / startups building content or growth engines at meaningful consumer scale. Consumer fintech, content-first startups, media businesses, high-growth content-led consumer startups highly preferred.
6. Skill 1: Strong with numbers & analytics - can build AND execute.
7. Skill 2: Deep understanding of how modern content ecosystems work in 2026.
8. Stability: Stable career history with consistent tenure - frequent job-hopping will not be considered.
9. IC Mindset: This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You build directly and work autonomously.
10. Startup Fit: Comfortable in early-stage, seed-funded, fast-paced environment.

Additional Notes:

- Fintech understanding is a plus, not mandatory - strong content builders from adjacent consumer industries welcome
- Compensation: Up to 10% hike on current CTC + ESOPs with meaningful equity
- Candidates currently at Stable Money will not be considered
