Role Overview

We are looking for a Content & Marketing Manager to own PlusWealth's marketing across paid campaigns, social media, content and investor events. At PlusWealth, data does the investing; we need someone to do the talking. The role will work closely with the Founders, Fund Managers, Sales and Compliance, and will be measured on the investors it brings in.

Responsibilities

● Plan, run and optimise Google, LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns, including budgets, creatives and landing pages.

● Track every lead through to an investor conversation, and report cost per lead and conversions weekly.

● Manage and grow PlusWealth's presence on LinkedIn, X and YouTube.

● Write investor letters, market notes and strategy explainers.

● Run the newsletter, webinars and investor events.

● Work with Compliance to ensure all communication follows SEBI and APMI advertising rules.

● Try new formats,



such as a podcast, a video series or something nobody has done before; if it's a positive idea, you can make it happen.

Qualifications

● 2–5 years of experience in finance or fintech marketing.

● Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, with results you can show.

● Ability to write clearly and explain investing ideas in plain language.

● Ability to design in Canva or similar tools and publish independently.

● Comfort with numbers and using data to decide what to keep doing.

● Knowledge of SEBI/APMI advertising rules, or the ability to learn them quickly.

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

● Experience at a PMS, AIF, mutual fund, broker or wealth platform.

● Video editing or basic website skills.

● Experience building a brand or channel from the ground up.
