About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging, original, and trend-driven content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, storytelling, audience engagement, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, and stories.
- Research trending topics, viral formats, and competitor content.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, scripts, and creative copy.
- Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and the marketing team.
- Plan and execute content calendars for different brands and clients.
- Participate in shoots and assist with content production when required.
- Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

Required Skills




- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Ability to write engaging hooks, scripts, and captions.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience psychology.
- Knowledge of content planning and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI content creation tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field; equivalent practical skills are also welcome.
- A portfolio of previous content, reels, scripts, or social media work is preferred.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
