We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can develop engaging content, identify trends, participate in shoots, and help brands build a robust digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Ideation

- Develop creative content ideas for brands, founders, and businesses.
- Research trending topics, reels, formats, and audience preferences.
- Prepare monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
- Develop concepts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

2. Video Content Creation

- Create engaging short-form video content for social media.
- Write video scripts, hooks, captions, and creative briefs.
- Coordinate with the video editor to ensure content matches the creative vision.
- Participate in video shoots and guide talent on content delivery when required.
- Create content around brand stories, product promotions, educational topics, and personal branding.

3. Social Media Content Development

- Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions and calls to action.
- Adapt content ideas according to each platform's audience and format.
- Ensure content follows the brand's tone, communication style, and objectives.

4. Trend Research & Creative Strategy

- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and competitor content.
- Identify opportunities to create relevant, engaging, and shareable content.
- Convert complex ideas into simple, interesting, audience-friendly content.
- Suggest creative approaches to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Client & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with the social media, graphic design, video editing, and performance marketing teams.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into content ideas.
- Manage assigned content deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Implement feedback and maintain content quality.

6. Content Performance Analysis

- Review the performance of published content, including views, reach, engagement, and shares.
- Identify successful content formats and recommend improvements.
- Use performance insights to improve future content planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Ability to write engaging hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action.
- Understanding of audience psychology and social media engagement.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- A portfolio of previous content, scripts, reels, or creative projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
