Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Statutory Compliance professional to manage end-to-end payroll statutory compliance, including Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), and other applicable labour laws. The role involves ensuring timely filings, accurate statutory calculations, proper documentation, payroll reconciliation, and audit readiness in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly PF calculations, ECR filings, UAN generation, employee KYC updates, PF transfers, withdrawals, and related queries.
- Handle ESI registrations, contribution calculations, timely remittances,



e-Pehchan cards, and employee benefit claims.
- Support monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with Qualified Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, bonus, gratuity, minimum wages, and maternity benefit regulations.
- Manage statutory registrations, renewals, returns, and registers under applicable labour laws.
- Verify contractors’ PF/ESI contributions and statutory compliance records.
- Maintain statutory documents, compliance calendars, challans, and returns for audit readiness.
- Coordinate internal audits and labour inspections and resolve compliance discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly statutory compliance reports and MIS for management.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and state-specific regulations and update compliance processes accordingly.

Requirements

- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance, particularly PF and ESI.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory filing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with payroll software and statutory compliance portals.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet statutory deadlines.
