Role Description The Compliance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures aligned with applicable financial regulations and internal standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing transactions and advisory activities for regulatory adherence, conducting regular compliance audits, and maintaining updated documentation on relevant laws and guidelines.

Officer will provide guidance to business teams on regulatory requirements, prepare compliance reports for leadership, and coordinate with external advisors or regulators as needed. The role also involves ongoing risk assessment, training staff on compliance practices, and recommending process improvements to strengthen the firm’s control environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for risk assessment, monitoring, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Finance, preferably in capital markets, corporate finance, or investment products.
- Relevant academic background

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
