Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Internal & External Communications: Develop clear, consistent communication for employees, partners, stakeholders, and external audiences.
- Content Development: Draft newsletters, proposals, organizational updates, reports, and communication materials.
- Success Stories: Document and showcase impactful stories, project achievements, and outcomes from the field.
- Communication Strategy: Support the development and implementation of communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and ensure timely communication.




- Field Engagement: Travel as required to capture stories, project updates, and impact from the field.

What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in communications, content development, social media, journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid storytelling, editing, and content creation abilities.
- Experience in developing newsletters, proposals, success stories, and communication collaterals.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating audience-focused content.
- Fluency in Marathi is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required is essential.
- Experience in the development sector or with NGOs will be an added advantage.
