- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

- Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and instructions.

- Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety standards, and hygiene procedures.

- Complete mise en place before the start of each shift and service.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils.

- Follow proper food storage, labelling, and FIFO procedures.

- Check the quality, freshness, and quantity of ingredients before use.

- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders.

- Follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior kitchen team members.

- Minimise food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

- Maintain portion control and consistency in food quality and presentation.





- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.

- Report equipment malfunctions, stock shortages, and food quality issues to the senior chef.

- Maintain punctuality, discipline, professional grooming, and teamwork to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
