We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commis II to support our fast-paced café kitchen. You’ll be working across gourmet sandwiches, burgers, and café-style mains, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed in every dish.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, burgers, and café menu items as per standard recipes
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Handle daily mise-en-place and prep efficiently
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
- Monitor ingredient quality and minimize wastage
- Assist with stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory checks
- Coordinate with team for timely order execution

Requirements:

- 1–3 years experience in café / QSR kitchen
- Basic knowledge of sandwiches, burgers, and continental food
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
