We are looking for an experienced and responsible Commercial Property Manager to manage commercial properties, handle tenant relationships, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, lease agreements, renewals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for timely services.
- Monitor rental collections, property expenses, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with property-related legal requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure proper upkeep of the premises.
- Maintain records of rental income, expenses, agreements, and other property-related documents.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for billing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve property efficiency and tenant satisfaction.




- Prepare regular reports on property performance, occupancy, and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any relevant discipline; a degree or diploma in Property Management, Business Administration, or Real Estate is preferred.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial property management.
- Good knowledge of lease administration, rental management, vendor coordination, and property maintenance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and property management software is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,656.39 - ₹50,924.98 per month
