Job Overview

Revenue Technology Services (RTS) is looking for motivated and commercially driven BBA/MBA graduates with a mandatory specialization or educational background in Aviation Management to join our Commercial team in Mohali.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about aviation, airline business models, revenue management, and commercial strategy. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience across business development, sales support, pricing and proposals, marketing, and strategic partnerships within the global travel and transportation technology industry.

Mandatory Educational Qualification

- BBA or MBA in Aviation Management is mandatory.
- Candidates must have a formal educational qualification or specialization in Aviation Management.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from unrelated educational backgrounds without an Aviation Management qualification will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Support

- Research potential airline, cruise, ferry, and transportation customers.
- Identify business opportunities and support prospect outreach activities.
- Prepare customer profiles, market intelligence reports, and meeting briefs.
- Maintain sales pipeline records and track follow-up activities.

2. Pricing & Proposal Development

- Assist in preparing RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Support pricing analysis, commercial calculations, and value propositions.
- Coordinate with Product, Services,



and Finance teams to develop proposals.

3. Sales Presentations & Enablement

- Create and update sales presentations, pitch decks, and solution overviews.
- Support preparation for customer meetings and business presentations.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of commercial content.

4. Market Research & Marketing

- Research aviation industry trends, airline business models, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in preparing brochures, case studies, company presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Support website content updates, social media activities, and marketing campaigns.

5. Events & Industry Engagement

- Assist in planning and coordinating aviation and transportation industry events.
- Support event logistics, promotional materials, and lead generation activities.
- Prepare post-event reports and follow-up plans.

6. Partnerships & Alliances

- Research potential business partners, sales consultants, and strategic alliances.
- Assist with partner onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.
- Support joint presentations and partnership proposals.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with Product, Services, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
- Participate in product demonstrations, internal training, and customer reviews.
- Contribute to process improvements and commercial documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid interest in aviation, airline operations, revenue management, and commercial strategy.
- Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong presentation and structured-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work with global teams.

Preferred: Familiarity with airline pricing, revenue management, scheduling, CRM tools, sales processes, or marketing automation.
