Job Role

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to work closely with brands, business owners, property owners, and real estate builders. The role involves understanding client requirements, finding suitable commercial properties, arranging site visits, and coordinating with clients from the initial discussion until property onboarding or successful deal closure.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand the commercial property requirements of brands, businesses, and clients.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, property owners, brands, and real estate builders.
- Identify suitable properties based on budget, location, size, and business requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and property partners.




- Arrange site visits and coordinate with all concerned parties.
- Follow up with clients regularly and keep them updated.
- Assist with negotiations and help move property deals forward.
- Work closely with clients throughout the process, from requirement gathering to final closure.
- Support property onboarding and maintain updated property details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, commercial sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Any degree.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple clients and manage follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Kannada language skills will be an added advantage.

Salary and Incentives Fixed salary of ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, real estate knowledge, skills, and interview performance.

Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
