Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive (Hard Bucket), based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing collections from accounts in the hard bucket category, including follow-ups with customers through field visits and phone calls to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.

The Collection

Executive will negotiate and arrange payment plans, update collection records, and report daily and weekly collection status to the branch and regional teams.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with legal and recovery teams for escalated cases, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines,



and maintaining professional conduct with customers. The role requires consistent field work, accurate documentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve collection targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust collection and recovery skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and customer follow-up capabilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and interpersonal interaction, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and respectfully.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills to understand loan accounts, overdue aging, and recovery targets.
- Candidates should possess planning and time management skills to organize field visits, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in hard bucket collections or recovery in NBFCs, banks, or financial services is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, including extensive field travel, and familiarity with local geography.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree; a background in finance, commerce, or business is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local language and basic computer skills (MS Office, digital collection tools) would be beneficial.
