Job Summary
NICE Finance and Leasing Private Limited is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Collection Executives in Jaipur. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their careers in the banking, finance, and customer service sectors.
The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending loan payments, assisting with repayment-related queries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through phone calls to remind them about pending loan repayments.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
Explain repayment schedules and payment procedures to customers.
Assist customers with payment-related queries and concerns.
Discuss repayment options with customers in a qualified manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
Update customer information in company records and systems.
Coordinate with team leaders to achieve collection targets.
Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in collections, telecalling, banking, or financial services will have an advantage.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
