Follow up with customers to collect outstanding amounts over the phone.

Explain payment details and due dates to customers professionally.

Convince customers to explicit their pending dues within the given timeline.

Maintain daily calling records and update collection data in Excel or the company system.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns politely.
