– CNC Machine Operator

Department: Production

Location: Oragadam, Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and work instructions.
- Set up the machine and load/unload components as required.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Perform basic dimensional and visual inspection of components.
- Identify and report quality issues, machine abnormalities.
- Maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ensure machine cleanliness, workplace housekeeping, and 5S compliance.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE.

Required Skills




- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine operation.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and component inspection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
