1. Job Summary

Senses Akustik Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically skilled CNC Production Engineer to manage CNC operations, panel processing activities, and production coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC machine operations, technical drawings, manufacturing processes, and team leadership, preferably in the furniture, interior products, woodworking, or panel manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production accuracy, efficient machine utilization, product quality, team coordination, and timely completion of production targets.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Operate and coordinate CNC machines and panel processing activities according to production requirements.
- Read, interpret, and work with technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks for drawing interpretation and production-related requirements.
- Plan and execute daily production activities to achieve quality and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor machine performance, material consumption, production output, and wastage.




- Ensure accuracy in panel cutting, machining, dimensions, and finishing.
- Maintain production records, reports, and manufacturing documentation.
- Use ERP systems, Odoo, Google Sheets, and MS Office for production tracking and reporting.
- Follow workplace safety standards, quality procedures, and housekeeping practices.
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues and support process improvements.
- Guide team members and ensure adherence to production schedules and work instructions.

1. Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of CNC machine operations and manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Robust understanding of technical drawings and dimensional accuracy.
- Experience in production planning, execution, and team coordination.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Odoo or similar manufacturing software.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage production priorities and meet deadlines.

1. Essential Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CNC operations, production, or manufacturing.




- Hands-on experience with CNC machines and panel processing operations.
- Previous experience working with or leading production teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Civil Engineering candidates may be considered if they possess relevant technical and manufacturing experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
