Designation - Cluster Curation Manager

Job Location - Kerala & Goa

No of Position - 1 for Kerala & 1 for Goa (Total 2 positions)

Experience Execution & Deployment

- Coordinate with resort teams to operationalize centrally designed experience concepts and campaigns.
- Execute and implement the annual experience calendar across resorts within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure consistent delivery of guest experiences, events, and activities in line with Club Mahindra standards.
- Support pre-launch planning and flawless execution of seasonal, cultural, family, wellness, and destination-specific experiences.

Resort & Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with Resort Managers, Operations, F&B;, Recreation, and Entertainment teams to deliver engaging guest experiences.
- Build and manage relationships with local vendors, artists, performers, guides, and community partners.
- Ensure adequate resources, manpower, and logistics are in place for smooth execution across resorts.
- Act as the key liaison between the Corporate Curation team and resort operations teams.

Quality & Guest Experience Management

- Monitor execution quality and ensure adherence to experience guidelines and brand standards.




- Capture guest feedback and share actionable insights with the central curation team.
- Drive continuous improvement in experience execution and service delivery.

Revenue & Commercial Ownership

- Drive revenue growth from Experiences, Activities and Signature Events across the cluster.
- Monitor attach rates, participation levels, occupancy-linked demand and revenue realization.
- Identify monetization opportunities and work with resort teams to improve commercial outcomes.
- Track performance against experiential revenue targets

Experience Portfolio Management

- Review performance of experiences periodically and recommend continuation, refresh or discontinuation.
- Ensure optimal mix of standard experiences, destination experiences and seasonal experiences.
- Maintain cluster experience catalogue and ensure relevance throughout the year.

Data & Insight Driven Decision Making

- Analyze guest feedback, participation trends, attach rates and revenue data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Use performance insights to recommend recent concepts and optimize existing experiences.
- Benchmark experience performance across resorts within the cluster.
