About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager - Multi-Cloud Managed Services to lead end-to-end cloud operations, governance, and transformation programs across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of cloud infrastructure knowledge, project/program management expertise, service governance, stakeholder management, cloud security, FinOps, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead delivery and governance of multi-cloud managed services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Drive Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, Availability, and Service Management processes.
- Manage cloud transformation initiatives including migrations, modernization, Kubernetes adoption, and cloud operating model implementation.
- Oversee SLA, SLO, KPI adherence and continuous service improvement programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Security, Network, Database, and Application Operations.
- Lead major incident management, RCA reviews, and operational governance meetings.
- Manage cloud cost optimization, budgeting,



forecasting, and FinOps initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, RBI, SEBI, and DPDP requirements.
- Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and observability practices.
- Present executive dashboards, service reviews, MBRs/QBRs, risk reports, and operational scorecards to leadership and customers. Required Skills Cloud Platforms
