We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.

Ensure proper patient coordination and provide a good patient experience.

Manage staff attendance, schedules, and day-to-day activities.

Maintain clinic records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with healthcare and clinic procedures.

Handle patient queries and resolve operational issues.

Monitor inventory, supplies, and other clinic requirements.





Coordinate with the management team for operational updates and requirements.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare/clinic/hospital operations.

Regional language proficiency is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good team-handling and coordination skills.

Candidates with prior experience as a Clinic Incharge, Centre Manager, Hospital Coordinator, or Healthcare Operations Executive will be preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
